The skills in which you will be trained
In selecting young people for the apprenticeship programme, the Company ensures that there is an opportunity to pursue a number of different trades. Apprenticeships exist for coach-builders, auto electricians, welders, stores-people, mechanics and paint-sprayers. Our apprenticeship programme spans three years and successful completion results in a number of NVQ and Technical qualifications.

Your training
For the duration of the apprenticeship, the Group uses a mentoring system, where experienced, trained employees advise and guide apprentices through the appropriate skills required in each department.
