Call Centre Technical Advisor based in Sherburn in Elmet

As Call Centre Technical Advisor you will ensure that custoers receive the best level of attention.  In addition you will be responsible for filtering calls and reducing the number of occasions that Optare engineers need to attend to customer defects.  You will also liaise with all other areas of the warranty process, internally and externally, to reduce the levels of exposure and ensure maximum customer availability and usage is achieved.

Production Operative based in Sherburn in Elmet

As a production operative you will work within a continuous assembly process with the ability to work with all tools and machinery required for the job.  As a key member of the production team you will have the ability to be able to communicate well across all key internal function.  You will also be able to carry out your role and complete the job to the required quality standard and ensure that the production process continues to flow efficiently.
