Call Centre Technical Advisor based in Sherburn in Elmet

As Call Centre Technical Advisor you will ensure that custoers receive the best level of attention.  In addition you will be responsible for filtering calls and reducing the number of occasions that Optare engineers need to attend to customer defects.  You will also liaise with all other areas of the warranty process, internally and externally, to reduce the levels of exposure and ensure maximum customer availability and usage is achieved.
