Graham Belgum joined Optare on 2nd March 2015 as Business Process Excellence and Aftermarket Director. Graham is a Chartered Engineer with 30 years experience in the design, development (including product improvement) and operational support of vehicles, complex military systems and ships. For the majority of the last decade Graham has worked primarily in the bus industry leading operators through transformation and improvement.
Graham’s key role within the business is to manage the Company’s transformation programme which is aimed at continuously improving customer service and efficiency of workflow across the business. Graham will ensure that the voice of the customer is taken deep into the business and where necessary back to suppliers so that critical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
